What do you think is the best completely normal type (which means no type 2 is included) pokemon?

Well if by best you mean strongest that would easily be snorlax. But if you mean which one looks the best...... then I'm not sure.

You didnt include pidgeot. He's the best normal type for me. Everytime I play pokemon, I always catch a pidgey and let it stay in the team until the end.

If I'm required to pick from your list, I'll choose togetic. He's cute and he have lots of cool moves...

I'm so tempted to close this due to serious flaws in the topic post, but I won't under a few conditions. First, get rid of some of the spammy comments in parentheses; you can comment on the pokemon there in other post in this thread. Next, add ALL of the normal types, not just a few of them. You can't limit a list like that

Anyway, Togekiss is by FAR the best. It has obsurdly high stats and learns excellent moves (for instance, mine LEARNED air slash, heat wave and aura sphere). Togekiss is just plain awesome

i think it would have to be eevee, you can change it to almost any type. like if you want a fire type you give the stone. ater than that it would have to be Togepi.

That's ok, just in the topic post for something like this, try to avoid commenting so much. Also, good edit. The thread's more specific now

So, my new answer, Arceus. It's a normal type with no plate, after all, but the best non-legendary is Eevee. It's adorable and has excellent final evolutionary forms

Go Eevee~
But I think the best is Clefairy. Not because of sing, but because it can learn all TM Punches.Examples:Rock Smash,Dynamicpunch, Fire Punch, Ice Punch & Thunderpunch.
I think it can learn Tri-Attack too. o.o

The odd thing is, my party has 4 Clefairies, a Suicune, and Typhlosion.
My PC has 5 full boxes of Clefaries.
They better make Cleffafan instead of Pikafan because now I love my lv 37 Clefairy more than my own lv 85 Typhlosion! D<

I think the best all normal type Blissey because of its high HP and good move ability. i would recommend you catching and owning a Chancey and/or Blissey. With a full team of them, you will be almost unbeatable!

Except by anyone with strong pokemon (aka, most people)

Anyway, why Clefairy instead of Clefable? Clefable is stronger

I will go with Miltank, it's a pretty balanced Pokemon, learns good moves and TM's, and is just overall a good pokemon. It's my best Pokemon in Pokemon Soul Silver. And I think it's a good addition to any team. Though there are a lot of good Normal types out there, I think Miltank is the best.

The best normal type is Vigorath. It is a powerful Normal Type pokemon, with strong moves. It is a good pokemon, but not the best.

Togetic is also a good normal type pokemon. One of the best, and one good balanced pokemon.

Snorlax is one giant, massive, chubby pokemon. One of my favorite Normal Type pokemon, with damaging blows.

Have to go with Granbull. The times I've trained it it's always been a really powerful fighter and easy to rely on when you're in trouble. Plus it learns good moves and can be taught even better moves.

Plus, it's super adorable.

Also, Slaking is a good competitor with Snorlax, cuz it's one powerful mother{insert curse word here)
