whats the rarest pokemon...

 
what is the most rares pokemon and whiche on you dislike the most and why? i think uh-oh is the rarest fore me and i like it and the one i disslike i think i will have to go with rattata since i see sooo much of them in the game

I would have to say that mew is the rarest pokemon of them all. allthough that is just my oppinion and to others they will think it is easy to get mew but to me it is hard to get mew. another hard pokemon to get but in my oppinion would have to be deoxys since you have to go through quite a bit to get him but it is worth it to get him since he can change form from attack to defense to speed and then finally to his origonal for or it is also called normal form.

I think rarity depends on what country you are in as well.
For example in Australia there arnt as many events so there alot more Pokemon that could be considered rare.
This includes Arceus, Shaymin, Deoxys and Celebi.

well this give me a good overview of how rare is all those legendaries

well for me the rarest pokemons are in safari zone(if you exclude legendaries of course)
they arent actually rare, its just plainly HARD(spelled: H-A-R-D) to catch one. Or the pokemon run away, or you run out of safari balls(i hate those, they even cost 500$!) i remember once, i had a chansey, 30 safari balls: chansey didnt get away, but i ran out of s.balls! i hate that! i even spend 15min to capture a dratini/dragonnair

carto: g/s/c legendaries are really easy to get. if you're talking about the legendary dogs, then they are easy. all you gotta do is after finding theyll run away (duhh) then go back to that route after newbark town or something. have a lvl 30 and up as your first pokemon then use any kind of repel then just walk around the grass. all lvl 30 and below will get repelled and one of the dogs will appear. works like a charm.
