have you tried using CCleaner, then re-installing? I have to do that every time there is an update. It is a bother cause it takes up some times, but it does the trick.

CCleaner? I never tried it, but I will now. Unfortulately, I have to wait 20+ minutes to re-Download the RgrPlugin.

EDIT: Tried deleting and re-downloading...didn't work...still can't install. CCleaner says it will delete some files, including the antivirus my dad set up...so I can't do it, unfortunately. Any other options?
