I've never heard of someone who's released on bail being fitted with a tracker. I think it's typically reserved for people who are placed under house arrest, and some criminals who are released from prison on parole. And while I understand that you want them to make sure he doesn't run away, there isn't as much worry about that as you seem to think. If they were as worried about him running as you seem to be then they might as well have not set bail in the first place. Everything's going to be taken care of in due time. He's going into hiding to get away from the public that's condemned him. He's not going into hiding to hide from law enforcement.

while that may be the case, if they thought there ws no issue they wouldnt have set bail so high.
Im kinda curious how he raised that money, since he had to set up a site to fund his defense.
Either way, i think a condition for bail should be tracking.
At least when the charge is murder, or something like rape or sex offenders.

I will wait until I see the evidence before jumping to conclusions and being proved wrong. however I will say that the president should not have turned this into a racial scandal. Seriously not everyone is racist and racism isn't always a white guy hating a black guy. In my area I see more of the opposite. I see people writing I hate crackers on stalls. And another thing why are people so much more sensitive to Niger than cracker they are both racial derogatory I mean I see the difference when involving ancestry but let's face it almost every I know I know Is proud of being from Africa ( I know its a reference to Nigeria but I wanted to expand it). And I don't get pissed when someone calls me a gringo I just accept it as an opinion and move on. I would rather wait and find out if it racial profiling by evidence than just jumping to conclusions. And yes I know, if ticks some people off for me saying this but its just my opinion so If you don't like it than just move on or put in your back burner for awhile to see if you learn anything from reading this. I don't mean to offend people. But I do think something needs to be said about it.
