Really I HATED Pichu in melee, in brawl NESS just never appealed to me despite how good earthbound is, ness just was meh.

Jigglypuff sucked in Brawl because her final smash can even kill your team mates! Pichu sucked in Melee because he takes damage for every electric attack he does (although I love him) And I don't have one for smash 64, As I haven't played it so much yet.

That's hard, it has to be between pichu and jigglypuff. I would have to say pichu though but jigglypuff comes a close second

Olimar's not that bad, although I rarely use him. Basically, the characters that I rarely use are those other than Pit, Fox, Falco, and Lucario. And I am EXTREMELY good at Pikachu from 64, but after that they messed up his attacks so he isn't as great nowadays.

I don't really have one. But I kind of agree with you on the Pichu part.

Pichu. The pokemon hurt itself, wasn't very powerful, and was just an overall waste of space in Melee. Sometimes I think pandering to popularity is a bad thing, and I think that Pichu is evidence of that, for sure.

I have a few that made it on this list. Rob A pretty much weakling And his moves ant all that powerful which is bad if you are gonna do Classic mode with him. Second Would be Sonic Some other people may disagree. But His speed is good But on Some cases he needs more powerful Attacks. 3rd Gannondorf. Just a dupe of falcon But even worse because he's slower his moves do a little bit more damage but not a whole lot. 4 pichu There are so many wasted things that made him appear on this list just even by looking at the most post tells you he's a bad character. 5 Wolf. Another dupe character the thing that sucks about him is most of his regular attacks are weaker then Fox and Falco. if i get anymore bad characters I will just do another post

Actually if you have mastered rob he can be uber powerful and has one of the best recoveries in the game.

I'll get hate for this, but Fox.
Sure, he moves fast. But he's weak and gets smashed easily. 
He also falls very fast.

The good part of Fox is how good he his at target smash thanks to his speed.
You don't exactly go for Ganon on those sort of things.

I don't why many people hate jiggs (Jigglypuff) in brawl, he is one of my 4 mains, despite his rest nerfed by half and knockback nerfed to only one direction, that is a good reason to say he is below average in the tier list, in melee, too much epic combo to rest. In SSB64, (Yes I have played it before) his target smash test was the worst of all. Bad jumping physics in 64, it also affected Kirby badly for a reason, hard to recover in 64, pro strategies to recover in melee, but too easy to recover with light weights in brawl.

I really hated pikachu in brawl but not so much in 64 and melee for a reason, in brawl, he can spam way too damn easily. Trust me, I have encountered a spammer 1v1 alone with him spamming to kill me the whole match. I was trying to beat him with jiggs and another pikachu, but the spammer won like every match no matter how good I was, I was trying to imitate him by spamming the attack also, but he beats me every time. I have also been in 1v3s twice. It sucked so bad, getting teamed up is the most crappiest thing online. They taunt you when you get killed, it's like, "WHAT THE HELL DO YOU WANT FROM ME!?!?" No seriously, pikachu spammers, go to hell. It's even worse that pikachu CPUs spam thunderbolt when you are hanging on the edge. None of my level 9 CPU mains could even take down one stock from any of the level 9 CPU pikachus on a team of 3. High leveled pikachus in brawl always spam thunderbolt on the ledge. When there's even 2, I can't beat pikachu. I have actually taken down a single level 9 CPU pikachu on final destination before in 3-stock without items on using Falco. I know people probably might kind of hate me for this, but I am quite a master with MK, the down throws, and stuff, but pikachu will always be my enemy for life, until he gets NERFed in attack power for thunder jolt and bolt. Even then, I will still hate him if he becomes another spammable character in the next smash bros game.

I can't believe nobody said Jigglypuff!!! I could never get a KO with that character! Also it feels like Mario was REALLY, REALLY nerfed in brawl, almost useless... 

personly i think mario to be the worst character in the series (even thought i've never played melee) but in the original i hate luigi the most because you can call him the father of the clones

Worst smash bros character would defiantly be ice climbers.
 I would say the pikmin guy but if your good at him he's a beast.

Obviously, Olimar, since without his Pikmin, he is defenseless, and you waste you time by summoning more Pikmin.

Ganondorf, from melee and brawl. He is soooo weak and useless. Lol, jk he is my favorite in both. Real failure would be Pokemon Trainer in brawl. He sucks.
