That is something that is debated about always. My view is that if God is truly as all-knowing and all-encompassing as He is, then we humans would bore him almost instantly, so He MUST have other life somewhere else.

The part about the rapture, yes. Not necissarily the "our father" part, for that is merely in the eyes of us humans, the gender could be different for other species.

I believe so, yes. And I know that next you are going to say "Then why can't God be a She for us?" And the answer is not that God IS necessarily a He or a She, but merely that humans PERCEIVE God as a He.

Honestly, I am not sure I am that good of a Christian, because I felt I had to be able to explain everything, which is why I can answer such questions, so it's not an un-thinking, un-wavering faith, but one that I believe because I think it is actually possible, and that may change, but I have no reason to change my views right now.

Just because you form your own opinions on things like that without complete religious explanation doesn't make you a bad christian. It's good to make your own beliefs on some things, because religion doesn't always do such a great job of explaining certain things

With all the horrors of the world today, it's nice to believe in something good, or, God. And it is nice to hope for a better future.

Atheism.. now that is another topic I could really get into.

For example, how can you decide to NOT believe in God, if you don't think he is real? I've never understood it.. to make an active decision to rebel against something is to first admit that it does indeed exist and secondly to decide that you don't like it. ERGO, they just dont like God.

Secondly, isn't Atheism like Satanism? For you to be against God, wouldn't you have to ally yourself to his enemy? Sort of like the enemy of my enemy is my friend concept?

And those who believe in God but not the Devil are just being foolish. They are two sides of the same coin, light and dark, good and evil. It's like saying white doesn't exist, it's just the absence of color. Or that grey is just a lighter black. Or like saying that gravity doesn't exist, its just us making us keep our feet on the ground. Not sure how on the last one, but it makes the same amount of sense, no?

Atheism isn't disliking G-d, it's just not believing that G-d exists. Being against G-d would be an entirely different thing, and that in most cases would be satanism.

Wait, are you calling Jews foolish? We don't believe in the "devil," per say, but we do believe that Satan exists. However, Satan, to us, is not an independent entity, but a servant of God (just realized that it makes no sense to put the dash; i don't feel like explaining that, though). Satan, to us, acts only when given permission by God, as Satan is nearly powerless in comparison. God is an omnipotent being, Satan is a fallen angel whom God didn't even need to get involve with to defeat according to Christian belief. In a sense, they're not 2 sides of the same coin, as Satan would moreso be a small sliver on the second side as God would cover almost the entire coin

I am not calling Jews foolish, however I disagree with some of their beliefs, for example, I feel that while God is omnipotent, and he certainly has more power than the devil, I feel that the devil finds ways to "get around" him. He does not say "you may act" He discovers the actions that have been done, and then either corrects the situation or leaves it be.

How could Satan find ways to "get around" God if God is omnipotent?

Even Omnipotents can make mistakes at times. And God himself has said He was wrong at times, when he changes his mind usually. And Satan is a master deciever, he can never get around God for long or without great effort, but it can be done by him.

not sure if i asked yet, but do you mean the earth or the entire universe? i doubt the universe will ever end, but i think different parts of it will be destroyed and reform differently
