Can you tell me what good moves would be for these pokemon i will use in the pokemon VGC 2011

well i favor dragon types the best are Dragonite and Charizard also Garyadose am i right?

tyranit : Well with these Pokémon it is more on taste rather than advice.  Just makes sure you know when to throw them in against what.

hackerman : Like I said with catfight09, there is no best of anything in Pokémon. It's all about how you play your teams. Like for example gyrados has problems with Pokémon such as jolteon, Charizard is devastated by stealthrock, and dragonite can't stand their ground when hit with status problems.

A good team without hm slaves is 1 Pokémon that is fire, one water, one grass, and the other 3 can be any type besides bug, rock, ground, don't have both a ghost and dark in your team,maybe dragon(I like to make it a challenge), maybe fighting, steel besides Metagross, some psychic and poison types are good (This is for me so you can change it and don't count dual types that have a good type and a bad type) . My team would Charizard, Raichu, Feraligator, Torterra, Glailie, and Starrapter, but it's your choice.

6blue19 : Alright is this advice for me or are you asking for some. This is about asking me for advice, sorry if the name is deceiving, but it is for people who want advice. Like for example if someone wanted to have a Pokémon that can fill an annoyance roll. I would than give the advice with a couple of Pokémon based on the team they got.

20 Viz seems a little low to me, but hey, every little helps =D

I would suggest to have a huge selection of moves. What I mean is have
as many different move types as possible (fire, water, ghost, etc.).
this way, if you have a move that is super effective, to a pokemon, you
can use that on it when that pokemon comes out. It's no good having all
your moves grass type or half normal half electric. What happens when
you come across a ground or ghost type? You'll be screwed. Also, match
your moves with stats. As in, if your pokemon has a high attack, but a
low special attack, then use physical moves only with that pokemon. Your
overall attack will increase. Remember, physical attacks are the red
and yellow ones, and the special attacks are purple.

Next, make attack proportional to accuracy. As in, make sure your moves
have a high attack, but also a high chance to hit. The higher the both
of these are, the better they are. Although some have side effects like
lowering your health, attack or even making you miss a turn. So use a
little common sense when picking moves.

Finally, probably the most important: Know pokemon. Know their types. If
you know what type they are, you can use the right moves. Know if they
have a low def or special def, so you can hit them harder. This is the
hardest to do, but knowledge is power. If you know the general stats of
that pokemon, you can use the right moves.

Ok. I'll go with this. I need help with my team. My style is usually just straight on attack. I like cute but strong Pokemon like Archanine, but they don't have to be cute, just get the job done. Anyway, I like my party to be varying in types. But yeah. I need help with moves and better Pokemon and stuff. So hey. I've got lots of Viz. If you help me out I'll give you 200 instead of your 20

Ninetale3 : OK. For Black I've been using my Starter, Snivy who I've evolved to Servine now. And another Pokémon I really like is Zebstrika but right now I only have a Blitzle. I'm willing to restart the game if need be for moves and such since I'm not that far in and since I want to EV train this time around. So yeah. I'd love some advice.

dramabethie : Definitely for a servine  I would recommened giving it leaf tornado, and coil. After that for a servine/serperior,  Adjust it based on what you desire as a special or a physical. For a zebstrika, Flame charge is a good way to focus on the offensive stats as long as you don't neglect increasing the base speed stat, you will probably want to have a stat boosters berry or a focus sash. formula for a zebstrika should have atleast 3 physical moves and 1 special move. For a unova team they will benefit with the following:
Galvantula
Ferrothorn
Leavanny
Lilligant
Whimsicott
Maybe Haxorus
Durant
Jellicent
and Lillpup

For a national team these benefit it the following:
Shuckle if taken with power split
Galvantula again
Tornadus
Ferrothorn
Shaymin land form
Frosslass with frost breath
A fire type starter
A water type starter
Metagross
Clefable
and DW Espeon
Maybe a defense baton passer incase if the team is to frail.
