noelia : I'll admit that I like SS3 Goku.... not sure why... he just looks slightly different.

Bobbynibbles : I find a lot of people expect too much out of music/movies etc and then get disappointed when it's not as good as they wanted it to be. It's only going to be that good in your mind.... I've seen plenty of things I thought were pretty bad but I allowed myself to enjoy them rather than get upset that it wasn't great.

I had that feeling too, when I first saw SS3 Goku. I think that even his face is more serious or something like that!

yeah.... I just find that SS1 and SS2 don't make me think, "this guy could totally waste anyone" but in SS3 I imagine him destroying anyone and anything he came across.

Personally, I prefer SS4 Goku. He just looks so primal to me and more saiyan-like than even the true Saiyans. Plus it seems like more of a true transformation to me, seeing as SS1-3 only made him more buff and changed his hair color and style a bit.

I love Dragon Ball Z when I was a Kid. I always like the games too.

My favorite Dragon Ball Z character was Teen Gohan. I also like the overall Cell Saga the most. I also like the battles between the androids and the saiyans. It also features Future Trunks, Goku, Vegeta, and Teen Gohan.


I also like Gogeta Super Saiyan 4. He looks awesome.

Has anyone ever noticed that in every saga they have to defeat the most powerfull being in the universe and yet there always seems to be another super-powerfull goon somewhere out there just waiting to fight them...that just seemed wierd to me. Like how they said Freiza was the most powerfull warrior in the universe, then Cell comes along and he's 1000 times strong than Frieza ever was.

Trench : I do notice that, maybe because if they had a saga after the Frieza Saga, which the boss is less poewrful than Frieza, then it wouldn't be fun. It seems more better if the Saiyans had a stronger enemy to fight than the last; it also seems more exciting.

The part where you say tha Frieza was the most powerful warrior in the universe, maybe because the androids from the Cell Saga was from the future, who were kept in chamber, so there power levels can't be define at then. There are also many galaxies and other planets, who are filled with more monsters and enemies, wo are waiting to fight.

Maybe the producers need to make up more people, who are stronger than the last, to make Dragon Ball Z more exciting.

Anyways, my favorite Dragon Ball Z game, I say, is Dragon Ball Z Budokai 3. It contains many fighters to from and many super powerful moves that they can summon. I also like the opening theme to the game. It rocks.

yeah... Frieza might have been the most powerful at the time they were talking about him.... but Cell wasn't even on the radar because he required the other 2 androids to become complete and all that.... and he's in the future from Frieza.

I do agree with Breakdown though.... what is the point in fighting a weaker opponent after beating the toughest in the universe.... that makes no sense.

Yeah Breakdown does make a great point. It's been so long since I've watched the Cell Saga that I forgot that the androids were from the future and all that, but I'm in the process of rewatching the entire series as we speak. On the part where Garlic Jr. comes back from the Dead Zone and tries to take over the Earth.
And about the games, I played one of them that was just terrible, so I never really felt inclined to play any others.

Lol I love Dragon Ball, Dragon ball z and Dragon ball gt

It's one of my all time favorite shows ever. I watched it growing up, own all the DBZ episodes; I am a super fan that doesn't care if people make fun of it. It's so good. My favorite character is obviosly Goku because if you didn't like him why watch right? But my second and third favorite are Vegeta and Master Roshi. The serious bad guy turned good, and the old master provides some comic relief. Anyway it's an awesome show that is epic. I'm surprised if someone hasn't heard of it.

I always thought that dragon ball was uninteresting until i got DBZ BT on playstation and i loved that game and thought that it was interesting so i started playing the games and watching the shows and got real interested into it my favorite charactor is Bardock because even know you dont know much about him he risked his life to try to defend the things he loved and amazing power to fight his way to try to defend his planet

I was so obsessed with Dragon Ball growing up. I watched it first in Grade 5, and then sometime later I saw the second episode of Dragon Ball Z, and didn't understand why "Goku" was being such a wimp, not realizing that it was Gohan and a different series.

I taped 24 hours worth of Dragon Ball Z myself, cutting out nearly all commercials, and also have a tape with 5 or 6 of the movies. I have five 6 hours tapes or so of it sitting around somwhere. I didn't really watch the Buu saga, but watched the rest, and didn't watch GT either. I'll have to someday just for completionsts sake.

Does anyone here watch TeamFourStar's DBZ abridged? It's like Yu-Gi-Oh Abridged, only for DBZ. I personally find it funnier than Yu-Gi-Oh, but I'm more familiar with Dragon Ball, so I'm biased. If you haven't though, it's on Youtube, and it's worth checking out! They're about halfway through the Frieza Saga right now.

I never really cared much about the games to be honest though. I own the DBGT game because I saw it and thought it was rare at the time, but got a 2nd printing of it, and didn't much like it. I beat DBZ Hyper Dimesion on an emulator back in the day, and I liked DBZ Sagas. I need a good DBZ RPG. I know there's one out there somewhere, I just haven't really looked very hard. There's probably one here even.
