Either Ocarina of Time, or Star Fox 64. Spent hours and hours playing both of them and I never even owned an N64 (Had to play on my sister's boyfriend's system). I'll never forget the joys of doing a loop-de-loop to shake off and destroy enemy ships, or saving slippy more times than I can count.

So I guess I lean more towards Star Fox, only because everyone always says Ocarina of Time is the best game ever.

There are a few great N64 games, ones like Zelda and Goemon would be towards the top though.
Also worth playing is Banjo Kazooie and Jet Force Gemini, they are fun games too.
But I'm not sure I could pick just one game, but if I had to I might lean towards Ocarina of Time.

I have to say that my favorite N64 game is Super Mario 64. I like that game, always trying to find many ways to obtain the stars. I also like the different caps that you can wear, so you can have different abilities, which help you obtain the stars. I also like the different levels that there are, making you enjoy the game. I also like the secret and hidden levels.
