When i click alt+enter in mednafen full screen pops up, but i see only 1/4 of the screen, rest in beyond monitor.
How to repair it, coz i want to play playstation games full screen.

For that, I think you have to change the display settings on your PC. I use a 16:9 monitor and never used a 4:3 monitor for vizzed. The best thing I's say to do is change the resolution to like 640x480 or 800x600 and check if that works. Other than that it maybe your graphics drivers which you may need to update (if your windows 10 it does it automatically).

I'm playing on lg tv not monitor.
My settings for tv is 1:1 pixel, otherwise i have image beyond monitor, but when i go full screen in mednafen this option is not evaluable, that's why i have image beyond monitor.
Anyone know how to fix this?.

I had 150% larger icon's, so full screen display was 150% bigger, but when i changed it to 100%, now i have full screen as pleased.
