Some fans aren't pleased with this season and attribute it to the fact that they brought in female writers for this season. 

I like it. It feels a bit too mush for my liking at times, but it still has the same feel. I really hope they bring back Jermaine Clement - doubtful I know but I have hope haha

I'm liking the new season so far. Although it definitely feels like something's changed. As there's just as much focus on Beth and Summer's whining and emotional issues (which are also extremely hypocritical), as there is on Rick and Morty, and you know, their actual adventures. Although there's still a good bunch of great moments still. I just hope that they get their act together, I'd really like it if the show stayed hilarious.

I never really noticed anything different. I liked the new story elements and still enjoyed the show for what it always has been. I guess the only complaint would be that the season seemed to go by REALLY quick with only 10 episodes. Maybe I'm just use to the 12 episodes per season formula, but I still liked it.

I loved the first episode, and then I was pretty much neutral up until rest and Ricklaxation, which is when I really started getting into it and I loved every episode since then.

I've been meaning to post an updated. I'm actually pleasantly surprised with how the rest of the season turned out. Pickle Rick was... well, it was amazing lol I was shocked by how graphic it got, and I loved it lol
