Although, I'm wondering what the White Banner is for - I guess it's for new accounts who score high in their first Tour de Vizzed? (Which this technically is for me in a way, as I never posted during one before that I know of.)

Anyway, unless I get lucky and score at least a dozen more Blues, I doubt I'll beat Yuna in that category. But it is the one I'm going to focus on trying to get as best as I can. And who knows? As a result, I might make my first top 10 place as well stick.

Be wary, Yuna, as a storm of Auro is heading your way. Same goes to everyone else in the top ten, especially endings - I'm threatening to steal your place if I manage to find my pace. And so sorry, pinkeyedtree - but I had to steal your place in order to make the top 10.

The White Banner only applies to users who have registered within the last 90 days. Essentially, this means each user only has the very first TdV that takes place after they register to have a chance at winning it. Whichever "new" member has the most points at the end of the month is who wins the White. It can actually be done with just 1 point, if only one user scores and meets the registration date lol. 

I don't know if it'll make a difference at this point because it's all but impossible for anyone to catch her in Blue, but Yuna is probably the last person you want to call out like that. Not that she's mean or anything, but she doesn't play when it comes to competition XD

Well, everything is more or less where I left it last Wednesday before going out on a trip. The battle for overall Red is getting more and more intense, so Yuna will actually have to work hard if she wants to get away with more than two jerseys.

Speaking of Yuna, she surpassed the 250 points mark on the day the competition entered its second half. This means she can put up a new record for points and probably surpass that fabled 500 points mark by the end of the month to establish a nearly impossible to beat record. Let's see if she doesn't go down in the lasts days or even the last week of the month, though I personally believe she won't and will be able to keep scoring due to her natural activity all year long.

Sucks to see the seasonal drama is due to something that didn't happen in the competition. I hope it just stays like this and we don't remove a past everybody wants to leave behind so the competition can end with no true drama. I thought for the worst when I saw again things like the DMCA after being out for several days, I'm relieved that it was only a discussion.

I have to say, this has been an intense competition thus far. I literally spend the majority of my time everyday thinking of my strategy for the the yellow on that day. Crunching numbers, making reviews, sniffing out good threads to post in... this is insane. xD

Eirinn : Well, I'm not focused on the Yellow, but the Blue. But at least I'm seen as a serious contender in other categories.

Anyway, it's time for me to stop talking about things like that, and continue posting while making sure I contribute. Besides, it wouldn't be fair if someone just spammed to try and increase their word or post count, now, wouldn't it? Besides, that can lead to a DQ, which means that for them, the run is over.

Well, I beat Persona 5, so now I'm going to at least try and get enough points to get back into the top 10.

gamerforlifeforever : It's basically because the same thing has been happening most of the month. Nothing new or exciting.

Well I don't know, we have three leaders among the different categories which hasn't really been the case in a while, and we have a dead hear for yellow every single night () and we have a new competitor who just showed up out of nowhere and started putting up a real fight. It's getting fairly interesting now.


And yellow was as close of a call last night as it has been all month probably, though there have been some close ones. I'm afraid tonight I might not fare so well, getting such a late start. There's far too much time left in this thing to become complacent too, so I'll have to really push hard. This has been intense, ridiculous, and frustrating... but I've been enjoying it. :V

It's exciting if you are one of the ones that are actually working towards something in the TDV...

Yuna1000 : I had been working toward Blue or Yellow but I think my busy schedule has basically destroyed my chances of winning any of those.

Personally, I would had named it regarding the fact I jumped from 10th place to 6th place, but to each their own.

AuroVee : I hadn't noticed that. I can only pay attention to so much.

Davideo7 : True, true... Although ironically, 44 is the number of points I had yesterday, and he just helped me with getting my new username. So maybe next time, you could possibly think of something regarding that.

Well, even if I couldn't post much after a several day hiatus, looks like my rants were enough to place in Yellow. I also placed yesterday in Red thanks to all the game adding I had pending, and since I'm not done yet it's pretty much possible I place again today.

Been quite a while since I placed three days in a row in the TdV. At most, it happened in the two previous editions where I got a top 10 finish, and the most recent one was a year ago. Looks like I'm bound to something every year regarding TdV, even if I don't actually try to achieve anything.

Eirinn has managed to build a gap in Yellow, but he can't still let his guard down. Cox managed to get the lead in Red but the battle is still raging on. Blue is pretty much secured for Yuna, and the gap she has in Green coupled with her usual performance can be more than enough to clinch that jersey as well. We may still have heated battles for big prizes, so while it's not an exciting battle for the overall win the overall jerseys can be equally interesting.

We're nearing the last third of the competition and still no twin sibling for geeo. The only competition where we had no White Banner winner at least we had participants that no longer qualified in the last days and thus lost it naturally, but this time we still haven't had a single user placing. I really hope we at least can see someone hold it even if it's just temporarily or it's going to be the saddest piece of news of this competition.
