I've always wanted to come up with the funds to complete this but it just never happened. At this point I'd have to just have the thing rebuilt from the ground up since this was coded using Actionscript 2.0 which is outdated now.

I even made a prank video years ago using footage from the game, hoping that would spark some interest. That can be found here:

The thought of a 16-bit fighting game similar to Super Smash Bros but with a 16-bit feel, 16-bit limitations and 16-bit graphics has always excited me. I really hope I can one day completely fund a game like this.
