Hey all,
I've been playing starbound quite a bit since the 1.0 launch and I find myself surprised by how much fun I'm having with it. I say that, because I've actually had the game for the past 2+years it's been in development and have always had mixed feelings towards it down the road. But I can say I'm personally quite happy with what they settled with.
Anywho getting to the point, I was wondering if anyone else around Vizzed was enjoying starbound as well, and would perhaps care to enjoy it together? hehe. I'm aware that there are some public servers that host multiplayer and I've tried a couple but I've never been a huge fan of them. So if anyone is interested, I'm looking to go the steam friends route.
My username on steam is Cinatas.  (same profile pic as vizzed, and my username has a emoticon of a cat in front of it)

pinkeyedtree : Yep! I'm totally looking forward to it! XD It's now on my "Must Obtain" list, the one I started long ago (I've been playing since the beginning lol ). After seeing those drifting petals, I just had to add those trees to the list. =P Wherever I end up living, I'm definitely planting some nearby. To save on costs, I used to move into random NPC houses (rofl XD ) to coexist with the inhabitants peacefully, and to make sure I'd always have food available for purchase nearby. =P All I really needed to bring around were some crafting items, furniture and accessories and then I was able to fix up the existing structures to add a few extra trees here and there. I wonder if that system has changed now though...? Maybe we won't be able to just take over random castles anymore? lol XD

Yuna1000 : Hmmm since 1.0 I've only been on casual like a nublet lol. I made a survival character but I haven't played him at all yet. And those drifting petals really are sublime. It must be obtainable in game right? If you were interested I'd like to start a survival character playing with friends? Add me!

The only method i'm familiar with is joining game via steam friends for personal servers, ie mine. But yes come one, come all!

I love Starbound and will probably be joining vanelan's server whenever I have a little more free time on my hands.
