Music and sound is a big thing in the Pokémon games and anime. The anime had quite a few good openings, in my opinion. The games have a lot of great themes for rivals, evil teams, legendary battles, etc. What's your favorite from the anime? What's your favorite from the games? What's your favorite overall?

My favorite from the anime would have to be the Master Quest opening theme. It was by far my favorite season of Pokémon and it rightfully had the best theme. My favorite theme from the games, would  have to be 2. I can't really pick between Kanto Gym Leader theme and the theme of Ecruteak City from HG/SS. They're both great themes, and I can't really pick between them.

I'd have to go with "it's a whole new world" from Pokemon and the theme form Digimon data squad because Burning Justice!

From the anime (and overall) Pokemon Johto's opening, by far. It's just so upbeat and cheery.

From the games, Pokemon Crystal. It's sets the mood incredibly and uniquely.

For me would be either the first opening, Johto or maybe Viridan City music. Its one of those 3 lol. There are so many to pick from! Because pokemon has a lot of good music back in its days! >.<

From the games...there's so many themes to choose from.

Slightly off topic, but the Rival/Gary/Green/Blue theme from Pokemon origins is probably my favorite theme in the entirety of Pokemon history. I'm actually learning to play it on my violin, so I might be a tad bias.
