So I just beat Castlevania Arria of sorrow. I looked at so many reviews about the game and so many people believe Julius Belmont is the most bad A.. strongest Belmont and best Castlevania character. I don't really  understand why? Is it because of his beard and he is a red head? Is it because he went to Dracula's castle by himself I just don't understand why people say he is a bad A..? because maxim went to Dracula's castle by himself well he did get hypnotized and he is a non Belmont and without Juste maxim could of turn into shaft.

I honestly don't get why Julius is so popular, and I don't get why people would say he's the best character in the series either. Honestly, of all the Belmonts, I think that Richter Belmont is the best one. Out of all the characters in the series, I'd definitely say that Alucard is the best.

I have to agree with everything that gamer said. Out of all the Belmont's, I would think Richter to be the best of them, if not also the most influential to the series (from a gamers perspective anyway, not necessarily in-game). And like he said, I would imagine Alucard to be the best of them all. I mean considering his lineage, you would think him to be by far the most powerful, if not simply the best in every way.
