On the other hand dark matter is...well just that, dark matter. This sort of substance is a very elusive thing,. We're not entirely sure of what it is, but it is likely that it is little more than a blackhole solidified. Perhaps he just now spits up all the stuff he's been vacuuming in for so long? Eh...probably not true, but it is fun to think about. Just like your idea.
