I've made my vote. Not much to say other than I'm holding back a lot, looot of words which would be pretty negative.

Casting my vote was pretty easy however.

Perhaps you should make a note within the title thread for all the non-readers? Something like : "Local Mod Election - Voting Poll (Post that you've voted!)"?

Otherwise, I have a feeling this problem will arise no matter how many times you try to run the poll. haha.

The person I voted for would be the best local mod from the other choices in my opinion ( obviously ), and I also think this person deserves it the most. Even though almost all of these candidates are more than qualified, the person I voted for jumps out at me the most. I read all of the candidates threads about why they think they should be a local mod, but I didn't make my vote based purely on that. The person I voted for has been around a long enough time, and they've made some awesome quality posts/threads and/or reviews. I also think that this person is more qualified than others who already hold a staff position.

This person really deserves it the most and I hope they get more votes!

Singelli :   Think of it this way . Those that voted for you want you to have that position . Do you want you to have that position any less than they want that for you ? A vote for a candidate is nothing more than an expression of who we want in that position . By voting for oneself , the candidate makes the exact same declaration that they believe they should have that elected position . Candidates , being registered members of society in the community in which they run for a position , also have an equal say in who gets elected as everyone else . You can have conversations with many different people to convince them to vote for you but to really put your heart and faith into your hopes of being elected, you need to give yourself the same support you would like those people to lend you . You betray their faith in you if you do not . Have faith in yourself . You may win .

To all candidates : You need to back yourself with your own support before you can freely ask it of others . Please vote for yourself .  When this poll closes , I do not want to see a single candidate with less than one vote .
