asdren :   I read about your little problem. I do not know if I can help you. You live in Albania. The Internet there may be crap. You may have been hacked. You may not even employ Internet security software. Do you at least run regular updates for your browsers when they come up and use update packages for Windows Vista through Windows Update especially the security and stability updates from Microsoft?

I live in Canada. I have great Internet access. I have the best Internet security software on the public market. Updating my software is my computer routine.

I too have Windows Vista which works great. That puts me in prime condition to assist you because we use the same OS and we can rule that out as the central issue if my attempt works. Now that Windows 10 is available on most of the newer than Windows 7 machines, many people actually have an OS that for the first time outperforms Vista. Windows 7 was the same but somehow more confusing in ways I don't want to remember. Windows 8's and Windows 9 were fed into devices in which the firmware turned out to be far more capable than they allowed. I assume it was that conflict that caused my newer V3 to perform so sluggishly when I initially got it 2 years ago. Now that I updated the V3 to Windows 10, the problems are gone.

I'll try a game tonight and if there is success I'll message you again to let you know you are maybe doing something wrong that I mentioned in the first paragraph.

If I have the same problem, I will search for a solution, then troubleshoot a while until I can play my game. I'll share what works for me if it turns out to affect more than just you.

Your understanding of English is rudimentary and you make no attempt to be perfect with it so don't bother apologizing if you are not even going to try. Your spelling is very good except we consider 'cannot' to be one word. You may need a great deal of help from an educated perspective deciding which spaces between words and punctuation are necessary and obligatory and how two spaces in a row are not correct when one is expected. I thought those applied to all languages but Canada is apparently one of the few countries left that retained a formalized education system to teach people what is proper in any written language. Those ignorant Americans don't teach their offspring that this is important and their language skills suffer. The attitude of 'I don't care' is starting to rub off on our culture too (from the Americans of course).

You also need to clue in as to when adverbs, pronouns, articles and verbs are needed; several were missing. On the bright side, you were pretty solid on naming the nouns in your brief paragraph.

Now that I have reread your cry for help. I see that you may have a fundamentally flawed understanding of how things are installed on Windows Vista.

Click Start. Find Control Panel. Click it. Find the Programs heading in the Control Panel. Click Uninstall a program. The programs your machine uses will be all lined up alphabetically. Be careful here. These programs represent everything your computer is capable of doing for you. Every task you ask of the device uses these programs to enable them for you. If Vizzed Retro Game Room is shown by default near the bottom (letter v, remember it is alphabetical) it is already installed. You have to uninstall it to reinstall it. Perhaps you didn't need to reinstall at all. If you tried installing it again and did not uninstall the old version first, there could be complications for you to reason through and rectify. Direct commands do practically nothing in my experience with Windows Vista. I only used it when a tech support professional told me to and she told me exactly what to type. Don't use it if you haven't a clue what you are doing.

If Vizzed Retro Game Room is not in your installed programs, you can download it again while taking note of where the installation file was downloaded and saved. You can access this file any time using your Windows Explorer or get directly to it from the download icon in your browser while your browser is still in the same session after the download. Click that file and make sure it gets open. You may receive several dialog boxes in quick succession involved with permissions to install the RGR plugin so make sure you pay attention to your Task bar and answer all of them. Always allow permission, accept terms, press Ok or next after checking a box that you agree. I have installed many things with this computer. Many installed products come with rider programs, useless browser toolbars and search bars and various unnecessary things that you can opt out of and still install the program you want by deselecting a box and pressing next or continue. Keep your eyes open. It will happen. Read carefully.

Once you have finished installing the RGR plugin it should work on any good browser automatically. Just open your browser and go to a Vizzed page to play.

I shall try to help you again if this is insufficient.
