Problems installing the plugin

Whenever I try to install the plugin, I get an error dialogue when it finishes saying "Vizzed Retro Game Room Service Loader exiting unexpectedly." I'm using Windows 8 and have tried downloading from Chrome and Firefox (as if that'd make a difference xP), tried disabling my firewalls/antiviruses, and made sure flash and my VC redistributable were both up to date. I'm a little stumped at this point. Any ideas?

You have to use desktop mode if you aren't already and try restarting to make sure something isn't stuck running in the background.

If all else fails, go to control panel > add/remove programs and uninstall any instances of the Vizzed RGR Plugin, redownload the installer and try again.

I guess sometimes the plugin doesn't exit properly and causes this kinda thing to happen.

If you have any other issues, don't hesitate to make a thread or message myself or the staff.
