Theoretically, it ought to work on a legacy version of Opera (version 12.17.0 or prior), because the original Presto engine had support for IE5.5x/NPAPI plugins. The last version to be released under the Presto engine was in April 2014. Later versions are based on Chromium and you can expect compatibility as well as Chrome, which is to say, unlikely to work.

Here is a download link to a stable version of Opera 12.16.0, released October 2013: http://filehippo.com/download_opera/15472/

Don't expect modern web applications or HTML5-based content to work properly in that browser, but for legacy applications such as the Vizzed RGR, it should work. If not, download a copy of Firefox, version 35 or earlier, from FileHippo, that browser works fine for me.

I'm not sure why you would want to use old versions of the browsers...
The latest version of Opera works fine with the latest version of the plugin.
Just make sure your Flash is up to date.

Additionally, the latest plugin also works with Chrome...

My information must be a little out of date, then. The last I heard, Vizzed no longer worked in Chrome. But I keep this old version of Firefox around for other things, too.
