I have a problem on eBay, and i need to know if its at the point where I should complain. I bought a ticket for Comic Con and it hasn't arrived yet, but its way more complicated than that. The ticket needs to be activated within 50 hours and it should have already arrived.

First off, I buy a ticket (more than $150( and the guy decides to wait 2 whole days before shipping it. He doesn't even mark it shipped on eBay, he just sends me a message telling me it was shipped, and even now it says not shipped on eBay.

It's already been 5 full days since the day he claims he shipped it, and supposedly he used a shipping service that takes two to three days on average to ship things. Bit also, I'm the pm he said it shouldn't take more than a day because he is shipping it from the same city, just a few miles away.

Is this grounds for xomplaing? Advice?

Yeah you should complain... idk why you spent that much money on something that has to be activated within 50 hours... I mean 5 days ago? You probably can't even active it now... that's more than 50 hours.

Honestly yes. Whenever anything goes wrong on Ebay, Amazon, etc. I complain. They're good about helping usually, so definitely go for it.

I dis send a message asking for the tracking number, its supposed to have one but he never gave it to me.

Skilledtree : I don't think its eBay that did it, it's most likely 100% the sellers fault.

Just my opinion - nowadays websites couldn't care less when you contact them (speaking from experience).

If you think you should contact them then do so, and don't rely on the answers from the replies.

Oh okay well.. that 200 hours is not long until it's up... 5x24= 120 so that means you have 80 more hours for it to arrive before you can't active it.

Also if it has a picture of a photo widely seen on the internet.

It wither does not work or it is fake.

I use amazon.

zanderlex : I'd say yea, especially when it's 150 bucks. If it was a $5 Pokemon card or something, I wouldn't bother with it, but that's a lot of cash for something that you can't even use at this point.

Turns out eBay wasn't the one I should have complained to, or maybe I should have done something about the actual seller.

The seller finally told me what the tracking number was, but when I put the number in, it says the ticket was already in the post office, sitting there for 4 days.

So today I went to the post office to check and they gave it to me, but they said the seller actually told them not to deliver it for another couple of weeks, until after the event that the ticket is for.

Super Mega Man 568 : Post offices do send stuff back, but that's only if they mail it and there's nobody at the house to pick it up, and then two weeks later they send it back. I don't know why he would want it back if the event is in 2 days.

Yeah... that was really wrong of this seller. You should definitely leave feedback telling others how much of a fake this guy is. I think you could probably sue him too.
