I have a feeling the OP is a kid obsessed over Destiny. At least he/she managed to spell properly, unlike most of its community.

Not many people will bother (read: care) over Destiny much here. Try going onto one of your 'fan boards' and post there - although those boards tend to be full to the wide with idiots.

I play Destiny on PS4. Not often, but a bit. I have a few friends who still play the PS3 version who might be looking for someone to play with - but they pretty much only play with those who have done all raids before effectively.

Edit: Yeah I just talked to them, they're willing to play with new people if you have done the raids and have good enough gear for the new raid.
