This only happens in Mamehub games and port 6805 is open and forwarded. It lets me host a game now but when I try to join other people's games from mamehub it still keeps disconnecting and reconnecting and never loading the game. Is there anything else I should do to get it working and is it normal to get the blue boxes with information when joining? That's what I see and it lags real bad as it keeps disconnecting and reconnecting.
I hope it was alright to post this here, I didn't see anything about this specific problem in the posts I looked at.

Letsplaygames777 : Are you sure that the user that's hosting has that port open/forwarded on their router as well? The other issue at play here might have to do with the distance between you and the user hosting the game as well as both you and that users internet connections.

I often get the connecting to server then failed to connect to server over and over no matter who I play with though, well I tried it 4 times or so. I will keep trying...I can always just host instead since that seems to work, just seems weird is all.

mednafen works fine it's just mamehub that's causing me problems. I guess with mamehub I have to join right when I first connect though or it will boot me if the host doesn't reset. I didn't realize this before, maybe my ad blocking program blocking the plugin is the problem for mamehub games..I will try fixing it so it won't block it next time.
