I'm having trouble downloading the rgr plug in-it says theres a problem with package and another program needs to run for it to complete installing-I have been working on this for 3 days and asked just about everyone and I checked all my software and its up to date

Download and install this before attempting to install the plugin.
If it fails again, try to delete the plugin's install file and redownload it and try again.
