Certain emulators close by themselves

So often when my brother tries to play games the emulator starts up and will crash or will close on its own. SNES games seem to work, but GBA and maybe some others that I can't remember don't work. He's using Windows XP (32 bit I think) and Firefox. He has the latest plugin version as far as I'm aware. He's tried every available emulator on the games he wants to play, none of them work.

After the update, when the emulators were updated, there were some compatibility issues with old files.

We are looking into them and ask for patience while we work them out.
Can you give some examples of games with links of the ones that are causing issues?
