ninjaaw : First you need to defeat the Lauren League (in the second region). Then go to Yellow Town, if it is correct you'll meet Ash and he will give you the World Pass so you can travel to the World Championship by train. If Ash doesn't appear in Yellow Town, then I suggest to beat the league again.
