I need help with something. Earlier today when I tried to play Sonic Adventure on the DreamCast, it didn't work. I have a beta testing ticket too. I was thinking my PC was just slow and that it would work for that reason. Like the game itself loaded slow, then when it completely loaded it still said I couldn't play. Afterwards I just decided to give it a break. Before I attempted to play Sonic Adventure I was playing Pokémon Burning Ruby and it worked perfectly fine. Since I tried to play Sonic Adventure regular playable Retro Game Room games have been acting the same way.

When I went to the games page, it loaded slow. Then afterwards, I deleted Sonic Adventure out of my data folder, and deleted my browsing history, then I deleted my browsing history for about a week because that's how long I've been on vizzed since my summer break started. It's still loading slow when I pull up the games page, and then when I get to click play game. It loads slow, and then the game doesn't load at all. After that my chat box says connection timed out, then it says vizzed retro game room plugin has stopped do you want to wait for it, and it never loads. Can anyone help me with this? And again keep in mind that this all happened AFTER I tried to play Sonic Adventure

animelover1 : If you are using chrome you have to switch to another browser due to chrome not supporting plug ins

I used to have a problem where a big game like PS or sometimes N64 wouldn't completely load. I figured it was my peasant internet, since that problem is long gone. However, I do advise to use Mozilla Firefox if the loading bar goes to 100% and the top of the screen shows a message that says something about not loading the plugin. Chrome doesn't really support our plugin anymore.

animelover1 : You say you've played Sonic Adventure before? Have you done anything to affect data? Like move the plugin or anything that may have called for another download to occur for Adventure? Give all the info you can, what error reports pop up, what happens to the screen, yadda yadda.

What's sad is that I can't play games on Vizzed anymore because FireFox crashes and Internet Explorer, well Internet explorer sucks.

Mecha Leo : No, I just tried to play it today, and it didn't work, now all the games in the retro game room are doing the same exact thing that Sonic did. Not load up telling to either kill the pages or wait. Freezing the site and making my game chat box tell me I don't have a connection too it. Like that gray piece of paper with the right corner folded that connection thing.

I don't know how, and I don't know why, but chrome and everything is back to normal. So I know what I am supposed to do.

Earlier today, there seemed to be an issue with vizzed.co, where the CD systems/download accelerator downloads from.
So, it has nothing to do with your PC or configuration.
