When I attempt to play any TGCD game, the game window has a grey screen with "A new version is available and highly recommended to install. Want to open the download the webpage and download now?"

I don't want to test the 'beta' for TGCD; I want to test the 2.30 version.

You know what I'll just test the beta for the problem I've been discussing with Tom.

tRIUNE : I was going to state the same problem. Is the beta ok to use? The big words saying BETA really put me off.

I downloaded the new version and when I tried to use it I got an error message.

The Vizzed RGR Plugin appears to not be installed!
We couldn't detect a new Vizzed RGR Plugin installed for Chrome that utilizes Flash, which is now a requirement for Chrome. The first official version we released utilizing Flash was 2.40 in September.
It's possible this could be a false alarm if the Vizzed Helper Service was closed on your computer. It's required to be running for the Chrome Flash based plugin to work right. It normally starts when you boot your computer or install the plugin and just sits in standby using near zero CPU and memory until a Vizzed play game page is opened.
If you think you might have this new version and this could be a false alarm, do the following:
1) Click your Windows start button and type: vizzed
2) Look to see if it finds: Vizzed Helper Service (normally auto-started)
3) If it doesn't find it, you should download the latest plugin version from the link below.
4) If it finds it, click that link and then refresh this page.

I tried reinstalling the plugin, reinstalling Flash, restarting my browser, restarting my computer, but none of that seems to work. Help!

Scohui : I went ahead and installed it and the games are working again.

The Plugin is safe. I'm just not sure why it's now required to use the beta version. Maybe it's an over looked issue that the 2.30 version no longer works.

tRIUNE : Well I can still use the other version by simply pressing Cancel. So I don't know.

Scohui : That's odd because I tried clicking Cancel on both of my laptops (Windows 8.1 and Windows XP Service Pack 3) and it did nothing but stay on the gray screen.

Anyways, that's good that the cancel worked for you. I'm not sure why it didn't for me.

As I saw some of people did have trouble with the plugin. I one problem with it too. Whenever I choose game to play my internet browser can't find the plugin. (No matter which browser I'll choose. Also my anti - virus program found something and the beta isn't working for me either.)         
Never mind , I've fixed it.

Does the RGR work in XP?

TheJmsGamer : I can install version 2.30 and older. But I can't install 2.40. I use Windows XP.

There is no virus in the rgr plugin

Davideo7 : It sometimes bugs out and my game appears in the corner and I cant see the whole thing. Any Solutions?

LulzyGamara : If this is happening with all games, it's probably you zooming in on your browser without realizing it. You can hold Ctrl+0 (zero) at the same time and it will revert back to default zoom level.

poolguy321 : There is no virus with the RGR plugin and there never has been. Some anti-virus programs give a false positive because it's a .msi installer.

LenKagamineLover : The plugin should be working fine. Can you give a little more information as to the problem you are having? Does that happen with all games you try? Which browser are you using? What version of windows?

Some users have been reporting issues with getting the plugin to work for XP even since a couple updates ago.

   I'm not sure why, but I'm not able to get to the VC++ download link. I tried getting the link elsewhere, then, since this one seems to not be there, but I couldn't find a working version. If there's not another link to the Vizzed page for it, anybody have the link to the version you need for the RGR?

EDIT: I noticed that Vizzed chat, as well as the comet chat bar are both dead. I wonder if it's tied to that.

Davideo7 : problem............ none of the downloads are working................... only the mirror for most recent is downloading a file and when it does it cant install I'm using windows 10 and would really like to play some link to the past. Could you maybe fix this please. Also when I try to use just the normal emulators that don't require the plug in its says with the error page looking thing "Connection has time out. Could not reach server host"

I'm Having trouble downloadng the RGR plugin, it's not wanting to download, i've tried to reinstall the RGR plugin but that didn't work, is anyone else having the same problem as me? i seriously hope this problem gets fixed soon

okay so, ive got the new plugin, but i still cant play games, i restarted my web browser, and repaired the plug in twice please fix this, or tell me what i have to do please, ive been using this site for years 

Davideo7 : I want to reply to you because I have upgraded my pc to windows 10 idk if it has something to do whit that but when I install vizzed its said something was missing I know what to do install Microsoft Visual C++ I went to your link but its broken ir its my browser idk plz help.
