I think Goku would win because, he could just power up
to super saiyan 4, use instant-transmission to telaport
behind Superman then use a Ka-Me-Ha-Me-Ha.
Then he can use the after-image and a Spirt Bomb
to finish him off.But that's just my opinion.

I like to think that Goku would win to, but if you want to (assuming you haven't already) you can watch the death battle Goku v.s. Superman

Personaly, I would go with Superman, but thats just because I am more of a fan of him.

He and I have watched that particular Death Battle, and as it stated, Superman has no actual limits where as Goku constantly exceeds his limits. It has been said that Superman is as strong as he needs to be, which means he will always rise to the occasion. So really, for that reason alone, Superman would win. Only with Kryptonite will Superman fall and Goku is too honorable to use such tactics. Vegeta on the other hand, I feel would beat Superman. He would exploit every weakness.

Leunith : I think Goku would win, maybe because I know his abilities better than SuperMan. With the Spirit Bomb, which it contains every energy from every human being, can crush any one with this bomb. So yeah, I think Goku would win.

   This is a very difficult question from the start let me just say I'm a goku fan and not big on superman. I have seen the youtube death battle it sucked and I don't think it would go that way at all. The fight itself is the deciding factor as in where they fight and for how long. Personally I think it would be a draw because neither of them would destroy the earth or the sun to win.
   This would certainly happen because bolth are more durable than the earth. I would say super man would throw goku off earth to save it and take advantage of there being more sun to increase his powers. This would make guku change because of the moon and being a giant ape would drive him insane.Superman not knowing the moon caused this would be at a disadvantage for a short time and in that time he would get swatted into the nearest planet which would be earth cracking it in half.
   then goku would go for the next most powerful thing which is in the nature of the ape to destroy all. This would be the sun without it superman's powers would shrink and goku would turn back to normal because the moon would also be destroyed at this point based on what superman does with the last of his strength this could restart this battle again in another galaxy or stale mate right here.

I think Goku would win . I am sure. Superman has no chance in front of him. Goku and freezer are the strongest creature.

I would say that Goku would win the fight but at the same time I think Superman would definitely have a legitimate chance of pulling out an upset. I still pick Goku though. Super Saiyan FTW

Superman, I think, unless Goku's kamehameha was made of Kryptonite.  It's kind of hard to do anything to even scratch Superman, after all, unless it involves that sort of thing. Slow him down, yeah. Beat him...nnnot really. 

I don't think either of them would feel good about destroying things, so it might also simply be a draw, to keep the destruction to a minimum.

If both fighters were at full power, Superman would win.  As much as I like Goku, Superman seems to be more stronger to me.  However, I don't think both fighters would fight at full power unless either was harming the innocent or friends.  In reality, I think it would just be a sparring match.

Superman, definitely. No questions asked.
First off, SSJ4 is a non-canon transformation. I'll be using SSJ3 since it's the highest he can get by himself. *Read* This means no help from anyone. No fusions or Super Saiyan God transformations. If we do that, superman gets his literal god mode. Read up on it, he gets omnipotent.

First off, to stomp the spirit bomb comments, any person with a pure heart is able to deflect the spirit bomb. So essentially it would be useless against superman.

Both fighter's power are incalculable. Superman is as strong as he needs to be (In other words, he can and always will win) while Goku is incredibly powerful. Don't start with power levels, as many times the DBZ fanbase and even creators have even shown that power levels are meaningless and were just there to show how ridiculous it was to try and read a person's strength with them.

Speed, Superman wins. Sure, Goku is faster than the eye can process, a lot faster than the speed of sound, but Superman can fly faster than the speed of light. One point to superman.

Strength? Well, in the Buu saga we see Goku training with 40 tons total in his base, and he seems to be struggling, so that's his limit at base. That seems extremely inconsistent though, so I'd say 400 tons (10x gravity if we assume Grand Kai's planet has the same as King kai's)
SSJ is a 50x increase in power, making it 20,000 tons. SSJ2 doubles that, making it 40,000 tons. SSj3 is 4x SSJ2, so 160,000 tons. It's a lot, but I'm not quite satisfied. Goku once moved an entire mountain. Which is around 20 billion tons. It's still a ton (heh) of strength he has.
However Superman was known to be able to move 200 quintillion tons. Superman wins again.

Durability, both are insanely strong. However, once again, Superman has no limits. Goku can get beat up and lose (Hell, he almost lost against Buu if it weren't for the wishes). Superman doesn't have that.

Goku is one of my favorite characters. He is insanely powerful, but against superman he doesn't have that much of a chance, if any. However, it wouldn't be a death battle, both of them are pure of heart and honestly would probably become allies and train together, if anything.
Superman is as Strong as He Needs To Be" Is that statement saying that the writers make him as strong as is convenient to the story. He's flawed in this sense, but it's true. Superman will always come out winning, and honestly I like Goku more because of that. But yeah, Superman wins. No question asked. Not even being biased, hell I was biased towards Goku this fight.

Honestly anyone saying Goku wins is just an arrogant fanboy or ignorant on Superman's abilities. I like Goku more, as many people do, but you can't ignore the facts.
