RGR Plugin not found even in Chrome plugin page after installation

I reinstalled twice already and for some reason the plugin is literally not found in the plugins page even though I installed the files and I can find them in my Windows Explorer.

Does Chrome usually have these problems with RGR Plugin 2.0? I don't feel like installing Firefox or another browser though...

Yes, it does.
You have to manually enable the plug-in for chrome.

In the address bar, type in
chrome://plugins/
Press enter and find the Vizzed RGR Plug-in on the list and check Always Allowed

Restart the browser and it should work.

Since you mentioned that you don't want to install a different browser, it might be fixed by uninstalling then reinstalling chrome (you can backup your bookmarks if you have any).

The Plugin does seem to have random problems without any solutions regarding not working/showing up in browsers (namely IE and Chrome).
