An Awesome type of game, combine the FPS and Tower Defense Genre. This makes it an interesting twist on the two popular genres, but sadly, they didn't do it as good as they could have. You can build and "funnel" enemies through your maze, but you are in no danger, which takes the key FPS element out. I felt no need to really improve my style of playing. This makes it not as fun as it could have been. There is no story, which is okay, it's an indie game after all.

Graphics: For an indie game, I was really impressed. The developer has done a great job at creating realistic graphics, but the enemies pass right through you... This is a major glitch, but it is common in many games. The enemies move nicely, and the towers shoot their "guns/ beams/ lasers" realisticly. The only issue I have, the guns that you have, even for a Sci-Fi type thing, don't really seem to be realistic... I would give a slightly lower rating, but they did do a good job.
I give it an 8/10, which will be the highest rating in this review. The graphics are really good.

Sound: I wasn't too impressed with the sound, so I just muted it. I didn't notice music, the other sounds didn't seem to special, so I really can't say much here. The game did try to do a good job, which is very hard to convey. I did find that it is actually hard to create sounds and songs that make an impression, so I will be lenient in this category, but really I found it not that good.
The game didn't leave an impression, so I give it only a 7/10.

Addictiveness: The game has amazing potential, but I found it not hard to stop playing. The game is just Wave 1, Wave 2, Wave 3. A different map, upgrade guns, build more towers. It gets old, REALLY fast. This is one of the few games, I don't think I'll be installing any time soon. I played it once, but it didn't seem that good. I came at it with high hopes, thinking it would be the best Tower Defense game ever, but found it lost it's luster. The game could have been better, and honestly, it's maybe just that I had such high hopes in it. But I still didn't find it the best one ever.
The game didn't keep me hooked, I'll explain why I didn't like it in the next few categories and in a few side-notes. I gave it a 6/10.

Story: I don't mind a game not having story, Tower Defense games generally don't. but I still wish it had something there. It isn't terrible to have a weak story, the last game I reviewed, Worms Ultimate Mayhem, didn't have a story, which is fine. But there really isn't much there. I didn't give it a 1 or 0 because I feel that it doesn't need to have the lowest rating possible. The game is more of an experiment in the game genre. It's fine.
I give it a historically low rating of a 3/10. No story, AT ALL.

Depth: The game has little to offer. It does have Co-op, which I didn't get to try out, It has several Single-Player modes, but those seem like little, because of the lack of ingenuity, once the idea of the FPS Defense thing wears out. I know I keep saying this, but it doesn't seem like more than a test. Coffee Stain Studios may have done better in Sanctum 2 but I didn't get to try it out.
I give it a 3/10 also. I really hoped there would be more than just what was there...

Gameplay/ Controls: The game handled smoothly, which is great. I liked the way they had the control layout and many other features. What I didn't like was the lack of danger. If you really like Tower Defense, but want another way to play, this is the best game out there. If you are a big FPS/ Shooter fan, this won't be your thing. As an experament, it's good... But beyond that it could be better. I found that all of the controls are actually really great. I actually enjoyed this part. The controls didn't seem awkward or odd, they really couldn't have done this much better.
I loved this part, the controls were smooth, easy to learn, and the gameplay was nice. I give it an 8/10.

Difficulty: The game may be hard, but you feel no need to improve, because there is only the orb taking damage. You are outside of harms way. This makes the game much easier, which leaves it back in the casual style of games. I won't say much more, because I feel I said it already.
The game wasn't that hard, which is depressing. I give it a 3/10.

Overall the game was okay at best. I wish it had more to it, but it didn't. I give it only a 6/10 overall. Making this the lowest overall rating I have given a game.
