Hello everyone, now more than likely most, if not all of us have watched a disney movie in our life, regardless if you were a child, or you still watch Disney movies as an adult today. What was the most memorable Disney movie that you will cherish forever? It can be more than one if you have a few to offer everyone. My most memorable would be the Lion King, because of the characters who were quite unique, and the emotional story it brought to the table. Another one that I really enjoyed was Jungle Book, because Baloo was just too hilarious.

Most memorable Disney movies for me are The Lion King, Beauty and the Beast, and Lilo and Stitch. Simply put, I really enjoyed all three movies. I like the plot, the characters, songs that played in them. it's simply very memorable to me, and I enjoyed them a lot.

Too many to list, jungle book, the little mermaid, the lion king, beauty and the beat, mulan and more. I loved those movies to bits. I also sang the songs as well when I was young. wow..back in those days it was so fun. I miss those days. You know what? I have all of the Disney movies downloaded onto my laptop. So I can watch it at any time really to enjoy the days that I used too in the past. ^-^

I'm also going to go with the Lion King because I used to watch it all the time and after a while it just stuck with me, I even went to see it 4 times when it came out in 3D because it just had such a big impact when I was younger and when I recently found out that my famous composer did the music for it, I loved it even more.

Eniitan : Really cool that sounds nice, I used to have an entire collection of them on VHS, I would love to have them downloaded on my computer. Awesome choices though by the way, the ones you named are some of the classics that are really good movies.

zanderlex : The Lion King was a very well made movie, it taught countless of life lessons, and you could really feel for each and every one of the characters, even some of the antagonists of the movie were quite funny (the hyenas). I am glad you found out your favorite composer made the sound track, or at least contributed to it. That was a nice surprise.

AriaAngelDream : Very good movies, I really liked the soundtrack to the Beauty and the Beast, I am a fan of classical music, and quite the few of the song in that movie always was amazing to listen to. I remember when i was younger I used to imagine ball room dancing with a girl I liked or even Belle, while watching the scene where they are dancing, and Ms. Pott was singing the Beauty and the Beast song.

That's tough, but I'll go with Aladdin. I haven't seen it in years, but i still remember it fondly, especially the beginning.

I also like The Lion King, though honestly some parts bore me to tears.

Boxia : Aladin was a very cool movie, the series was pretty neat as well. I like the songs to the movie as well, I always used to sing along to that movie when I was younger. And the evil genie used to really creep me out when I was younger as well. Good choices in movies.

OopsIDiedAgain : It is a really good movie, I also like the sequels as well. The spin off movie about Timon and Pumba, and the series was even very funny, and quite good. But the original was sincerely the best out of them all. It was a very well created movie, with a lovely soundtrack.

The Lion King. It's probably the best kids movie I have ever seen. It had everything in it and the music was great.

I've gotta say, this is a really hard choice, considering that they're all so damn good. I have to say Lion King or Finding Nemo. They had an amazing plot and a memorable story line that I could watch over and over again.

My most memorable Disney movies would hands down have to be The Lion King, Hercules, and Mulan. Although these were the ones I enjoy the most, I love so many of Disney's movies because anybody can understand them and relate to them.

I guess I'm a little late to say that the most memorable was the Lion King. To throw in some form of variety, I'm going to bring up Peter Pan as a memorable movie as well.

I think Lion King is most iconic of the old Disney classics... and hence probably the most memorable.  It's certainly not my favorite, however.  It's pretty funny that... glancing up, it seems my guess about it being the most iconic was correct.

Oh wow! You ask for a huge list asking this question ... especially if you are a Disney fan. I love Disney movies for the most part and collect them as well. I'll give some descriptions for like 3 or 4 but after that I am just going to list them because I don't want this post to wind up super long. My favorite Disney movies that I could watch over and over again without ever getting tired of them would be :
1. Spirited Away --> Is a wonderful 2001 Japanese animated fantasy film written and directed by Hayao Miyazaki and produced by Studio Ghibli. The film stars Rumi Hiiragi, Miyu Irino, Mari Natsuki, Takeshi Naito, Yasuko Sawaguchi, Tsunehiko Kamijō, Takehiko Ono and Bunta Sugawara, and tells the story of a young girl named Chihiro Ogino (Hiiragi), a sullen ten-year-old girl who, while moving to a new neighborhood, and thanks to her dad she winds up entering the spirit world. After her parents are transformed into pigs by the witch Yubaba (Natsuki), Chihiro takes a job working in Yubaba's bathhouse to find a way to free herself and her parents and return to the human world. The film plays to many morals but the one that stands out the most is gluttony and the consequences of it.

2. Mary Poppins --- > I can't remember off hand who directed it but the cast was : Julie Andrews, Dick Van Dyke, David Tomlinson, Glynis Johns. It came out in 1964. It's the feel good, have fun, turn the world inside out movie that taught us "a spoonful of sugar makes the medicine go down," and begins with the original super nanny, Mary Poppins, meeting the Banks family. With the help of her magical umbrella, her unending zeal for life, and some new friends like the klutzy chimney sweeper, Mary Poppins shows the family a mesmerizing, enchanting view of the world they'd never seen. From melodies that won't leave the mind, to fairy tale ideas of everyday things, to unforgettable tongue twisters like supercalifragilisticexpialidocious, Mary Poppins transforms the ordinary into extraordinary for everyone she meets. Lets face it ... who among us would not have liked to have someone like her around when we were kids ?

3. Swiss Family Robinson --> Another I don't remember the director for ( too lazy to look them up ) but it came out in 1960 and the cast was : John Mills, Dorothy McGuire, James MacAruthur, Kevin Corcoran, and Tommy Kirk. It's about a family that gets shipwrecked on a deserted island and have to make a life for themselves. They do this and some of the stuff is very inventive and the troubles their youngest son causes is hilarious. Lots of stuff happens in the film, including pirates, but I don't want to ruin it for you if you have never seen it. Check it out cuz it's worth the watch.

4. Iron Will  ---> Came out in 1994.  It's a story about a  brave young man who is thrust into adulthood as he and his courageous team of sled dogs embark on a grueling and treacherous cross-country marathon. Together they race through the frozen wilderness, carrying hopes of capturing the $10,000 grand prize that will save his family from financial ruin. It's a good movie with a good story, plot twist, and some engaging bad guys.

Ok here is the rest in short order with no descriptions but if you haven't seen them then please do because they are great movies : Howl's Moving Castle, Old Yeller, the Witch Mountain series ( the original not the remake ), Pete's Dragon, Something Wicked This Way Comes, The Black Hole, White Fang , and last but not least The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe.
