i've been looking for the konami run and gun 1 and i'm so happy i found it here

but the game hangs when there is a replay, always in the 2nd quarter so i never really go far.

any solution to this?

Alright great. 

I'll test it later today and I'll let you know what I find.

I think we have to officially consider this one as non-working.

I was able to get through a full game once out of 10 tries and tried all of the clones.

i really hope the problem can still be fixed.

this game brings back so many memories.

and it's really a great game.

I did have fun playing it while it allowed me to. :p

I really dunno how to fix it though.

it's a really fun game and kinda advanced for it's time i think.

if there was a way to turn the replays off, or fix the sound... i notice when the commentator no longer speaks, that's when things go haywire!

so i finally finished one round using seattle.

i adjusted the minutes to 10 hahaha so at least i played longer than i should

and sometimes i just wait for the replay for as long as i could, sometimes it continues sometimes it doesnt

the things i'd do just to play this game

assuming you guys keep the emulator updated alongside the roms (don't see why you wouldn't), one solution may be to simply wait for MAME to get updated some more and try again later. then again that could also render more games broken as well since every so often an update gets released and then you have to get a updated copy of all the games you own as well.

it wouldn't be the first time i've had to redownload some or all the MAME arcade games i have collected after missing several updates and grabbing the latest copy of the emulator. usually because the game would require new files or something (or in the case of games that use CHD files, they'd become even more massive than they already are).

edit: o.O why is < z > < /z > being added around the u whenever i type the word update? odd, i don't even know what that formatting tag does.

treos : There is a short answer to that long question: We can't.
Due to circumstances currently beyond our control, we are unable to update MAME or any other of the emulators.
