I try to play Sonic 2 EXE, the Retro Game Room is active, but I get this message "Error:The ROM failed to download."
I don't know why this is happening, I've always been able to play this game without any problems before...The ROM isn't downloading properly or something is wrong with it...Please look into this issue, I would love to be able to play Sonic 2 EXE without ROM download failures.

You need to delete the rom file and let it redownload. 

Press windows+r and type in c:programdatavizzed

open the vizzed rgr folder then the user-(your number) and find the rom and delete it. 

Then try to play again. 
It should redownload.
