Is it just me or does thing1 send a lot of unfair trade proposals? The fact that users are accepting these is unfair to everyone else in the league. Take his latest propose for example:

Every trade he has ever offered me was so one sided that it literally did nothing but weaken my team. It's a bummer that this league has been watered down this year because of so many trades that were one sided. Especially recently. I'll probably have to re-evaluate whether I participate next year depending on who participates. It's just been too annoying the past two years with crud like this.

Jordanv78 : This was a counter trade by the way...what is the big idea He sucks this year in fantasy points I have had him on the bench most of the season because his numbers stink fantasy wise. Lets not forget that I'm out of the playoffs anyways so what is the point in keeping him when I'm not even winning with him.

 
I keep telling you guys that this is my first year. And I think most of my recent trades have been pretty fair. I am like mrfe in a way: I look at projections, recent preformances, and a few other things. Granted, I might ask for a little too much, but there is always a counter button. 

I think some people are just upset that I am doing so well when a lot of people said I wouldn't ever get 3 wins. 

Oh, and Lynch is on the Market. I'd like a RB and a W/T for Lynch and Hurns / Allen / Jennings

In my defense for the trade I proposed to "Hard Core Insanity", I originally offered him Tannehhil for Malcom Floyd which would've benefited him and I both but he countered with James Jones and I couldn't resist that. The trade isn't nearly as one sided as some other trades I've seen happen so far.

Yeah the thing1 trades have been ridiculous. If I see any more ridiculous trades than users involved in those trades aren't coming back next year. We just need to make sure to all vote against crappy trades and to remind everyone else to do the same.

Yahoo use to have a service that you can pay for where a professional evaluates all trades. I'm not sure if they still offer this but if they do, then I'm definitely willing to pay the $20 (or however much it costs) to have a professional approve and decline all trades.

thing1 : You're doing awfully good for it to be your first year. You doing good tells me that either this isn't your first year or that your crappy trades have really benefited you.

Davideo7 : Honestly, it my first year. However, megamanmaniac basically mentored me up through the first few weeks. I'll admit, my trades that have been accepted have benefited me, but I've had a few bad ones too. 

lilwildwolf21 : Uh, I think you are confused. Charles is one of the top backs in the league and a top 3 pick. He started slow because of injury but has averaged like 16 points a week over the past 4 games or so.
You traded him for a useless kicker on bye to a team that's competing in the top 3 of the league standings. This actually comes of as a little "immature" of you. You might be done for the season...but don't ruin it for those of us that are still playing. Giving him a player for free is giving him an unfair advantage. There's a reason why certain players are on a "can't cut" list. Which is basically what you have done here. I'm sorry if this comes off as rude, but look at it from our perspective.


Davideo7 : I'm getting pretty upset about the whole thing. I agree though that something needs to be done. Maybe we can get the league down to like 12-14 solid managers that would take this semi-seriously and have it be a fun competitive league. That size of a league is a perfect amount on a lot of levels. I'm fine with having large leagues, but I'm sick of this bush league stuff with people not playing lineups starting from week 1-2 if they don't like their team, or offering outlandish trades that make the league unbalanced.

That kicker isn't useless since he is on a first place team that needs him offensively. Charles is having a bad year you said so yourself. It is no different then a team who has nothing to show for this season trading to a team that will actually make it into the playoffs. So I made teams stronger with my counters to their trades so what that is the whole point of trading is it now...to try and gain an advantage over the other teams. Davdieo's trade will help me more then it will hurt me since that QB has been doing better fantasy points wise. The Kicker will also help me as well. As for little Immature....look in the mirror then look at all the rest of the sports. There is no difference in what I have done and what pro's do. I still gain some advantage rather you think I do or not.

If you had traded for a top flight player at another position maybe it wouldn't seem so bad, but to just throw him away for a guy that was on the waiver wire a few weeks back is absurd.

I never said charles was having a bad year. I said that he started the season slow because of injury. So instead you traded him for a worthless player. No defense there man, no matter how you try to twist it. It's a trade that everyone else in the league other than the person you traded him to, should be upset about.

thing1 : That one wasn't so bad and isn't nearly as one sided as the trade that you made that recently got accepted. I'm fine if users want to veto it though but I didn't have made intents with that trade, my original trade benefited both me and lilwildwolf21 but he countered with that trade.

Davideo7 : The same could be said for my trade with mrfe. We literally countered about 3 or 4 times each, and spent somewhere in between a half hour to an hour for that trade. 
If you are telling us to trade back, I'll do it. But, mrfe and I talked about it, and we were comfortable with the trade.

Davideo7 : FOr the record, I did send him a more fair trade that included me giving up a WR and K for Charles. He declined and sent me a K for a K. I told him I don't need another kicker, but needed a RB, and would give him a K for his bye (and a WR too, since I have so many good ones, but he sent me that trade proposal before he saw me say WR)

But I mean I can't blame you for taking one of the top players at the position when someone is bending over backwards to give him to you basically for free.
