HEY! You never summoned me! T^T Well this does bring up a good argument me and SL had about where Hyrule and Termina lie in relation to one another, and seeing how the people are mirror images of each other it doesn't fall away from the mark. It could be reasonable, and I'm surprised I didn't think of it sooner. ._.

Cannonly, speaking, Termina was made when the magic used to create Hyrule "slipped through the cracks." and the Goddesses made it unknowingly. I personally have some odd fan theories about all that as well.

For one, things in Hyrule have a parallel in Termina.

Kafie and Link

Anju and the Cuckoo lady.

Groman and Ingo. Which are both connected to Talon and The Milk Bar owner. Plus the ranch girls.

I personally believe that when the Triforce was created, that a fourth piece was made in Termina. I also believe that when Hylia was made, the Goddess of Time was also created as her duplicate. The Goddess of Time protected the fourth piece of triforce like Hylia protected the three piece. I was going to, (but not now, I have not enough time to do it.) write a fanfic where Hylia sensed a fourth triforce piece which led her to Termina. In the fanfic, Oni link would appear as Link's duplicate and try to take the fourth triforce piece of time.

A war goes on between Demise, and Termina (not Hyrule, Hyrule hasn't become a kingdom yet.) the Soldiers of the kingdom of Eldin make there way to Termina when they find out about the Triforce of time, and the war there, they cannot allow Demise to travel through Time. Hylia meets the goddess of Time, and the brave soldiers of Ikana. Together the repel Demise from the villages of Termina and the Ikanite Borders, but not without clocktown coming under siege and burning to the ground. The Triforce of Time is turned into a golden Ocarina, and a false, golden Ocarina is made as a duplicate to trick Girahim and a few other Demon lords whom I would introduce. Oni Link, of course, would be relatively important. XD

In the end, to keep war from destroying Termina, The Goddess of time gives Hylia the real Ocarina, and merges it with timeshift stones to make it a blue color. Hiding it's true power, but only under one condition.

That if Termina ever needed it. That one who would be the hero. . . .

would bring it back someday.

And use it.

To save them all.

This is an interesting spin on a theory, really linking (all puns intended) how Ocarina and MM are related.  While we are expected to believe that link ventures away from Hyrule and winds up in Termina chasing after Navi, it seems we are to believe that Hyrule and Termina are both in the same world.  And maybe they are.  I like your idea however, that Hyrule and Termina are two mirrored worlds created by rival deity's.   

I don't recall Termina having any relation to the Triforce, which if Link was dead (theory by MatPat) he would obviously have some influence by the Triforce in it.  But based on the idea that the game's have many different deity for almost every link, it is possible that it is on the same world, and that the lands of Termina believe in the four giants instead of three goddesses.  Kind've like many civilizations have different creation theories.
