Donkey Kong Country, wow this game is amazing. I have been playing it ever sense I was probably about 8 on my
super Nintendo. One day I was at my grandmothers house and I saw my cousins playing this game, they let me play
it just for a few minutes and automatically I was hooked! I didn't own a Super Nintendo then so I ended up having
to wait a long time and eventually we found 2 or 3 at different yard sales. I remember before I found vizzed I
was having a lot of problems with my cord that went to my SN... it made it so hard most of the time I missed
hours of game play of DKC. Now that I found vizzed I don't have to worrie about that kind of thing! I can play
whenever and whatever I want!

Graphics : 10 The graphics are quite amazing in my experience with this game. They are colorful and bright and
have a sense of unique texture to it. They don't leave you blind like some games do even though it is a very
bright game they hit the colors just right enough where your not like UGH!!! This color is blinding me. I have
studied gaming graphics for a couple of years now it seems and DKC Is probably in my 1st best graphic games concerning
older styles of games. I don't find a lot of games that are like this game and honestly sometimes I wish I did
because I want new experience's new things, cool things like this.

Sound : 10 The sound is very nice. It keeps me on the edge of my seat just listening to some of the sounds and
music that are with this game. Honestly, I don't think that they could of put any kind of so called 'better'
sound or music in this game. It's very catchy and I really like it.

Addictiveness : 9 Oh man! This game is very addictive. I remember several times when I packed away my super
Nintendo because I got bored with the same games and stuff. Every time I would put it up, a little while later
I would reach for it and hook it all back up and play DKC.. it's one of my all time favorite games. I have probably
one it about 3 times and played just for fun numerous amounts of times. I would spend hours at a time playing
this game it was pretty unreal to most people but hey, can't blame a girl for liking it. It's also in my top
3 of games that gets me so distracted that I forget what I need to do that day when it comes to my responsibilities at
home and stuff. Sometimes I would do things at the last minute and I still do, that's why I need to be careful
because I have a lot of tests coming up, playing this game is going to get me way to distracted. I may never
get any of my work done which wouldn't be good.

Story : 9 The story is very good. To me it basically isn't a story at all in most instances. You just pass each
level like you would on a different game like Super Mario for instance. You have a bunch of levels then you
defeat a boss. Once you do that you move on to the next levels. I really enjoy just this because it gives so
much awesome game play and I am always left at a challenge. I feel like the levels provide story because it's a different
level each time you play, it's never the same type of level unless it's concerning like water or the coloring
of the game. It gives each and every user the opportunity to all experience different even if the whole game is
the same for everyone, some may fly right through it and some may just get stuck on different parts. It's the
whole point though to me. When I first started playing I would get stuck on a particular level but eventually
I would win it and scream YES!!! It took so LONG! Where as some people it would be no problem to. I wouldn't
down rate the story because of this because it's different and I like different.

Depth : 9 The depth of this game is quite decent yet long. Some levels I still just fly right through but some
take a little more than just flying right through them. It's a very detailed game and there is a lot of depth
through out the game play. It gives open minded users yet closed minded users the opportunity to experience something
great!

Difficulty : 5 I put a 5 as my rating for the Difficulty because for some people this game can be impossible
to play especially if you are not good at platform games. To me this game is easy and hard, which is why I love it,
even though I have played the game for so long it has left me with memories and still brings a HUGE challenge
to the table for me which I don't find in many games at all anymore. I like challenge and I like winning but
who could blame me!


I would recommend this game to just about anybody. At first, especially if your new at these kinds of games your
going to want to quit and be like meh, I don't want to do this but if you keep trying eventually you will win
that level. I mean I remember when I first played this game I tried some of the levels A BUNCH of times and still
didn't get it. I took a break and relaxed finally and after that I got it and screamed FINALLY! It's the best
feeling that I get and I usually never get that feeling anymore with any games really. This game is full of fun
and serious long time game play so if your looking for something to keep your mind occupied for a long time I would
recommend this game. Honestly I don't think there is anybody I wouldn't tell about this game unless it was like
a non game lover or something then it would be out of the question but let's look at the bright side most people
are game lovers.. sooo I guess that expains what I'm trying to say.

Donkey Kong Country is one of those games to first bring out the 2.5 D kind of games. It looks 3-D, but not quite. It's revolutionary in challenge and looks. I like it.
