What is the worst your team ever lost by?  It could be a team you root for in professional sports or a team you played for.

I played on a high school football (American football) team that was not very good.  We lost to the school that eventually won the state championship 64-14.  It was embarrassing.

The only thing I can really think of when I played Little League 10 years ago. We went 58-3 before the playoffs, if I remember correctly.

One of those 3 losses was just terrible. Our Short Stop and my best friend had sprained his arm, 2 of our pitchers got into an ATV accident, and our all around back up broke his leg in the matter of 2 days. So we were without 3 of those 4 guys for 2 games. The first one was bad... 21-3, before they called mercy. 2nd one was not as bad... 10-7

I usually play soccer as the goalie and I haven't had any humiliating results in a while. Though once when I was playing basketball at school my team got hammered 20-0 and it was a 3 minute game. I am really bad at Basketball and I wasn't too bothered by it as I know I am not good at the sport.

warmaker : I have somewhat of a similar story. I also played football in high school, but we only made the playoffs one year, and made it to the semi-final. We were one game away from playing the championship at the Georgia Dome (I'm from GA and thats where the state championships are played). But we ran into this school, Washington-Wilkes, and got blown out 32-6. However, I got the last laugh. I played WR, and the corner I was up against the whole game was the #2 overall recruit that year. He was 6'2 205 and fast as lightning. We had the ball last, at about the 40 with 5 seconds left, down 32-0. In the huddle, my QB called for a stop and go route. So I run 10 yards, stop and turn around, then do a vertical. Well when I stopped, the corner covering me fell down. So I sprinted towards the end zone, QB threw a great ball to me, touchdown as time expired. Yeah we got blown out, but that corner got cussed out by his coach. Best 32-6 defeat I've ever been a part of. XD
