I think most of us joined for the games but do you consider vizzed social media? I am probably in the middle I don't really know. But I would love to see other people their opinion. Also explain you're choice.


I don't know because there are elements to it that are social media and some that are not. For example most of the time on Facebook You know the person you are befriend with. Like in real life. But In vizzed most of the time you do not. But that is the same with twitter.


The thing that is social media to me is how interactive it is PM's Posting etc.

I think you're somewhat right, on Vizzed most of your friends are probably people you've never met in real life. But still, since the goal of social media is to get other friends and more interactivity between people that don't know each other I would call Vizzed social media.

Zand is right. And yes I also think vizzed is a social media. I mean you hang out with people....get to know them and more. Apart from playing games and going into competitions. And then you would think. Is there anything else on vizzed, that I haven't explored on yet? Anyways I enjoy talking to people that I know, and my friends on here as well. It gives you that goodly feeling of happiness. In a way, I think vizzed is magical heal to all sorts of pains for people. That closed themselves up. Due to whatever happened during their life time. ^-^

That would be the users communicating with one another via chat or threads which, in turn, is the media. Media is defined as the means of communication. Since Vizzed encompasses both the "social" and the "media" aspects, I would consider it social media.

Social media is geared more towards people contributing towards their own profile, where as a message board/forum has threads for people to post their opinions in. Take Instagram for example. All Instagram posts are on your own profile. You don't make threads in public that everyone can contribute to. Understand what I am saying or no?
