So I love playing the games on Vizzed but after I play for a while on my keyboard, my wrists begin to get tired. I was thinking about going out and getting an old Xbox controller with a USB on it and plugging that in. I want to know if doing that will even work, and if so do you just plug it in and start playing or do you have to do anything else?
I have a windows HP computer if that makes a difference or not...

hunterurock : Yeah, I understand. I like games for my mobile phones but my hands can't be placed really well on a phone, so then I would like a keyboard too. 

I don't know about a xbox controller. I have used a play station 3 controller and it didn't work. But I am a new and could be just doing it wrong.

I think an xbox 360 controller could work and ps3 controllers work as well. I am currently using a ps3 controller and it works fine.If you want to use a ps3 controller you have to hook it up with a program called SCP DS3 and there is a video on youtube about how to set up and use the program. The youtube video is called (How To Easily Connect PS3 Controller to PC (No Motioninjoy Required)).

Yes it should work. Download Motioninjoy and look up a tutorial.Then Double click on the menu on the vizzed game. Then you can config.

I use DS3 to connect my PS3 Controller, and it works totally fine, do you have administrators privileges? ~James

Administrator Privileges is a password, most of the times, when you install something, it asks if you're sure you want to install it?
And if you aren't the owner of the pc, you need the password of the main account, if it has an password. If you have Admin Privileges, you can install a lot of things, and do more things on pc without a password. I found a way to grant me Admin Privileges without a password. Pretty long proccess though, but at least it's not hacking, AND, at least I got on Vizzed because of that. I thought I needed a password to install it but nope, no admin privileges needed. Could of been on this site since 2012...

Unless your parents set yours up as a sub account, you probably do.

I use motion joy ds3, it lets you use a controller like its a ps3 or xbox one. I havent tried a different controller so im not sure if it will work.
Xpadder is pretty fail safe, you can assign each controller button as if its a keyboard button. Thats handy if a game doesent support controllers, because it thinks its just the keyboard.

I strongly recommend NOT using motioninjoy. It causes numerous issues.

Use scp ds3 instead if you intend to use  ps3 controller.
A USB xbox controller should work in windows 8 without additional drivers and all previous versions of Windows require 1 driver download from microsoft.

Let me know if you have any issues with either of these methods.

Any of the logitech controllers work well. The F310 for example works for all the emulators on the site very well and costs around 20-25$
