Short. Short and straight to the point. The brevity here accents the point and drama perfectly in my opinion. What's more, I can identify with this far more than I would care to say.

Poetry is about expressing feelings and thoughts. And hopefully somewhere along the way, the poem will find the ears of someone who it truly speaks to. This piece does just that. Nicely done.
