I am using a PS3 controller with motion joy.  When I use the controller for Nintendo, Genesis, and SNES games it works fine, but when I play n64 games it crashes at the beginning of the game every time. When I don't use the ps3 controller the n64 games work fine. What is causing it to crash?

MotionInJoy causes a lot of problems.
I would recommend you use scpdriver
