Okay so Mega Man 2 was the game I most remember of Mega Man from when I was like I do not know 4 because of the Mega Man anniversary collection. I loved this game a lot because of everything about it the sound, the Cartoony Graphics that just drew you into it and.... well the graphics were the thing that drew me back because I liked colors when I was 4 but you know the point. The robot masters that are in every in every game are the best in this game and they make sense unlike robot masters future Mega Man games had like Spring Man. So this is my review for Mega Man 2.

 Graphics:
The graphics are the best because of how bright and colorful they are and just how much they draw you back in to the game. The robot masters are done as well as the scenery, amazing. The scenery in each stage gives you a unique feel and it changes throughout the stage sometimes. Mega Man's animations are done well but like most games of the time it was not that advanced so it does not show his arm go up when he shoots,it also does not go down when he stops shooting. This is the same for all of his movements I think because it is either that or I need glasses badly. This is a really minor bug and does get rid of how I view the graphics at all so I give the graphics a ten out of ten.

 Sound:
The sound is really good for the Nintendo Entertainment System and it has a different theme for each robot master's stage and they are all good.  The music was not perfect but it was good enough to listen to while playing this game and enjoying the music. The weapon sounds are not the best but it was not that advanced of a system. So the weapon's sound was just a kind of squeaking noise that I really cannot describe too well to you guys. I absolutely love the sound in this game so I give the sound a nine out of ten.

 Addictiveness:
I already have played this game again multiple times because of all the qualities it has in all varieties the game needs. I like to play the game again because it has such a basic but fun concept that I have to play it again and again and again. It is also fun to challenge myself to beat the robot masters in a set order so I do not feel overpowered against that certain boss. I would play this game again any day because of all this and more about it. So I give the addictiveness a ten out of ten.

Story:
The story is this games weakest asset because it is just simple and straight to the point but the story is after Mega Man 1 when Dr.Wily stole Dr.Lights robots to try to kill Mega Man and failed he decided to build his own robots especially to kill Mega Man and yes somehow he thought bubble man..... somehow. The story is not the best but not the worst for it's time so I give it a six out of ten.

 Depth:
Well this game does not take a lot of time of your day to beat but the time it does take is all worth it. There are 8 robot masters Bubble man,Heat man,Crash man,Quick man,Air man,Wood man,Flash man, and Wood man. These are the bosses that each have a stage in the game. You have to go through each stage and beat each boss and gain their power. Each boss has a power that you get after beating them and each boss has a weakness to another bosses power or the megabuster which is your start weapon. After beating enough robot masters Dr.Light gives you a technical weapon to help you. Like for instance a rocket you can use to get across areas easier. Each stage is fit for the robot master like Wood man has a forest and Bubble man's is underwater.
After what I just said there is really nothing else to do in the game except replay which I am sure you will be doing a lot. So I give the depth of Mega man 2 an eight out of ten because of it's lack of things to do.

 Difficulty:
This game is really hard to do unless you use save states because of how tough the stages are and because of the few lives you have to get through each stage. Also you have to beat a boss without it's weakness once because you do not have the power to go against it well. All though Metal Man is weak to the Megabuster. So I give the difficulty a 7 out of 10 for being hard but not because of the controls or anything like that.

So overall I really think you should play Mega Man 2. Trust me you will like this game from start to finish.

Mega Man 2 was a good game not my favorite. This was my first Mega Man game and is what got me into playing Mega Man. The music was good, graphics and the bosses were terrific. I liked Mega Man 7 5 and 3 better. But I highly recommend this game.
