   I do not know why, but a creation of this thread had just randomly popped into my mind. Anyways, do you ever read the descriptions of threads and polls? I do mean, it is useful at times. Again, anyways, I do read them myself. Personally, I feel it is helpful and useful to read the description of threads and polls. How is this useful? Actually, it is quite simple. Well, sometimes users of Vizzed do not include what the thread or poll is about within their main post of the thread. So, I find it useful and helpful to read the description of threads and polls. Now, do you find it helpful and useful?

Yes, I do find the descriptions of threads and polls helpful and useful. It depends on the thread, though. Regardless, I always read every description of a thread or poll I will be replying to, so my reply would make sense and not look like it was written by a troll.

I did read the description on the front of the thread. Sometimes I don't if it is something really short that I can tell isn't worth my time when they just say 'Look at the title' or things like that. Like, I read what you said out there and it was quite long and took me a few seconds to read. And no, I am NOT fibbing. I am telling the truth here. All they are about is what the thread is sometimes in greater detail. Like what I said, when they just put 'Look at the title' that is useless because it doesn't tell you anything else.

I read them all the time too just like you I think it is useful and helpful to know what it says so you know what you are going to read and reply to for example it is like reading a book without knowing what is it about well the stuff like the small details

So yes I find thread descriptions to be quite useful because it occasionally provides a sentence or two of what to expect in the thread and sometimes rules if I happen to be in the crazy house forum at the time.
When the description of the thread is absent which it sometimes is or not I just read the first post in the thread.
Either way I'm always informed of the topic and rules of the thread.

I used to never read the descriptions of threads back when I was 15 I just clicked, read the thread then replied. Now though I usually always read the description and most of the time the entire thread and the replies it got. I find it very useful that way I won't spam or write something that had already been written.
