Hello people of vizzed!  My name (well, user name anyway) is nakina, and I just discovered this site from talking to someone on omegle.  I've always enjoyed retro gaming but when I heard about this site, I thought that since I already knew how to use emulators, I wouldn't need to use this site.  I decided to join anyway to help this person get some Viz for the referral even though I had no idea what Viz was at the time.  Then I figured that since I'm here, I might as well check it out.  When I saw that there were even n64 games available on the site I was sold.  So far I've only played star fox 64 on here so far, but I'll probably end up playing many more games in the future.  In the meantime, I'm looking forward to becoming a part of this community, and accumulating a bunch of games to play here, and if I can be bothered, perhaps adding all of my games to the collection part of my profile.

So far I'm very happy with the site, I'm impressed by all of the games here.  I never expected to find stuff like esp ra de, pulirula, and waku waku 7.  The only one so far that didn't work for me was Battle Balls, aka senkyu.  Also, I just read the Seven Days of Newbie Celebration thread.

Woohoo! You have successfully summoned someone... Great job! This is probably one of the most useful things you can utilize on vizzed, so don't be shy! I'm also going to send you 500 Viz for participating in the seven days of celebration.

So what is Viz useful for? Well, Viz (the site's currency) is used to play games, buy layouts, or purchase things from other users. Every time you play a game, it costs Viz. Its cost depends on its size; smaller games might cost 10 viz, while other games might cost 1,000 or more viz! You only have to pay for a game the first time you play it though. After that, you 'own' the game and get to play it for free.

You can even buy items from the item shop, located here. The site items allow you to save Viz in the long run. For example, if you buy the GBA item, you will be able to play all GBA games for free. If you buy the netplay item, this allows you to play co-op games with your friends.

The other items in the shop (weapons and armor, for example) are for a future aspect of the site that isn't created yet. Our wonderful owner, Davideo7, plans on implementing a battle arena where you can battle other site users. However, this feature is not yet developed, so buying such items will have no effect right now, other than to increase your battle stats and make your profile look pretty cool.

So if you're here to play games, you probably want to learn how to get viz, right? Well, there are TONS of ways to win bling bling, so that's what your next task is going to be all about. If you haven't noticed yet, you get 100 Viz every day just for logging in, but we're going to show you a few more ways to earn. This task has two parts you must complete:

1. Try checking out the vizzed market, here. In this forum area, other users sell things, buy things, and host contests for newbies like you to try and earn Viz. Find two threads where you can earn viz, and post in them! Not only will you get a chance at winning more viz, but you'll also be halfway through with this task!

2. For every quality post you make, you earn Viz. We don't want people spamming our board or cluttering it up, so you actually lose Viz if your posts are really short. Plus, if you post off topic, repeatedly make posts of 25 words or less, or post nonsense just to post.... you can be temporarily banned. Yikes! We don't want that to happen!

Go find FIVE threads in different sections of the forum and post in them. Vizzed is a well-rounded community, and we have areas for just about any topic. If you like to debate try this forum, or if you're interested in health try this forum. If you scroll all the way down, you can even see 'rented' forums where users paid Viz for a special topic. Interested in Sonic games? Christianity? Try here!

Make five posts in five different areas, and then come let us know that you've accomplished both tasks! Don't forget to summon me back!

Your summon worked! But just for future reference, if you try to ADD a summon after an edit, the summon won't work.

Thanks for posting in all those areas and letting us learn a little bit about who you are. We'd like to know you a little better, so today's task is pretty simple.

Remember that layout we sent you? Well, we're going to show you how to apply it, and we're also going to give you a little badge as a reward for completing the last task. This wonderful badge was created by Juliet, one of your local mods! You won't be able to apply the badge until you reach member rank, so don't delete the pm which contains the link!

Today you have two tasks.

1. Let's place your layout Layouts are the decorations that show up behind your text whenever you post. You can buy these, order custom layouts from shop owners, or create one yourself. However, we'll talk about that a little later. For now, we just want you to equip the one we already gave you. Go back to that link in the upper left that says "Edit Profile & Settings". When you click on that and scroll down a little, you should see a green link in the middle of the page that says "Edit layout". This is where you can access your layouts, buy layouts, make layouts, send layouts to other people..... it's basically the layout central station.

You should see the layout we already sent you if you scroll down. Click the word "Use", and you're done! Leave the layout equipped long enough for us to see it, and come summon us again to show off your new colors!

2. The second task is simple. We enjoyed seeing what you had to say, and we'd love to read more! Find two DIFFERENT forum areas to post in today. Remember that in order for this to count, you can't post in the same five areas that you did yesterday!
