FrankThePunisherCastle : None. People just look at the categories and pick the user they think fits the category the best. The only list to choose from is the entire memberlist. No nominations or things like that.

But, to have 20 votes from peoples, of being the nicest. It is quiet shocking.......

The way we are celebrating vizzed.
It makes me say " Hey, I know this person, And it's great that he's won an award"
I guess the members here are nostagic, And so is the entire board.

I was shocked to see some of the least fitting people, In the catagories that everyone votes for.

Oh . My Gosh . I checked out the single greatest post and MAN was that something ... then I saw the thread it came under and was there a lot of unorthodox weirdness and anger in it . I would say what happen but burried hatchets stay burried .. plus I don't want to say anything offensive to a certain someone who can get me kicked off the site at any time . legacyme3 : It is nice that you're eligible of the votes again and I don't think you'll ever not get the Most Famous award lol. Even after you leave the site for good, you'll still probably get that award. The impact a single user can leave on a forum can last forever (or at least until the board closes).

You're right that the activity is down this year but the traffic is also down so that probably has something to do with it.

As for the award, yes, I was referring to most posts. I figured I had to be fourth, but I was just surprised that I must have made around 2k posts in such a short time period last year, in order to be 4th this year.  (Probably made around 4,000 posts this year, to be in 4th place, which means, the remaining 2k had to be last year during those two months I was active)

That's about right, and I'm not entirely surprised.

Most members I know make their first 2000 posts pretty quickly in relation to their next 2000. In fact, some people hit 2,000 faster than they hit the 1,000 afterward.

I think very few people have actually hit their later post milestones faster than they've hit their early post milestones (I keep track of each 1000 posts on my profile, if you want to see what I'm talking about).

Either way, yeah, it makes total sense to me.

On that note, I think I only made... 1023 or so posts in the past year. Which isn't even in the top 50.

haha, I've gotta say I think this is the first year I haven't won an award. it's a very nice list although >.> I still think people should save the insomniac list for the real insomniacs and not just the people they see online the most lol.
