My wife and I are wondering how destructive our dog, Azuki, is compared to others.  She has a taste for rugs and she chews them up.  She also is able to destroy 'unbreakable' toys like the heavy durable rubber Kongs.

My dog Cooper (a vizsla) likes to wreck footwear! From sandals to slippers, he ruins it all. I have to keep my shoes somewhere he can't reach, but Cooper likes to jump, and he jumps pretty high.

Our dogs aren't really into destroying our stuff. Our beagle had a little bit of trouble with chewing stuff when he was a puppy, but he has not ruined anything of ours for a few years. Our puggle has never chewed up anything of ours. They know what they are allowed and not allowed to chew. Anything we put in their toy box, they know is theirs from then on. If they want to chew, they go to their toy box and grab something. They are pretty good boys.

One of my dogs has destroyed couches and dog toys. She still destroys dog toys now but the only things she does on couches now are sitting and laying on them. My other dog hasn't destroyed anything because my family got him about a year ago and he was done with the chewing stage.

Well..my dog Kona destroys his dog toys like no tomorrow. I've caught him him gnawing on the legs of the dining room tables and the foot rest in the living room. My cats haven't done too much when it comes to destruction besides knock over a lamp a couple times...except for my cat Lucky. I came home from school once and just as I made it to my room watched my cat Lucky nudge my xbox with his face (which it was sitting high up a dresser where my tv is) and watched my xbox crash into the floor....since then I haven't much destruction. Still love my cat...even if he momentarily crushed my hopes and dreams in gaming.

Well my cat doesn't hurt the furniture much but still scratches it daily the damage builds up over time though and it could take a whole year for the furniture to be completely destroyed.
Other then that no my cat is not very hostile against furniture.

A lot of things . My dog always seems to chew on my tennis balls, my nans dog once tore apart my shoes. There are many other things dog have done to me. Moving aside from that, my hamsters fought and one literally destroyed the other. I mean it killed it.
