There is something that will make you WISH you had choked. It happened to me this afternoon. So, I'm eating a piece of birthday cake and somewhere nearby a balloon popped. I quickly inhaled because I was slightly startled and a cake crumb got lodged in my sinus. How uncomfortable is that. I was snorting and sniffing for almost 10 minutes.
