Starters are well, the starters of the main Pokémon games. You can't go anywhere without these little fellows, and without one, your journey wouldn't be fun. I'll be posting on my Youtube account, Syndra Poke, a Top 18 Starters (including X and Y) video, so go check that out later when it's uploaded. (BTW I haven't even started on the script. ) So sit back, relax, and hop on the POSTING TRAIN. CHOO CHOO!

Well I guess starter are important in your pokemon journey but Ash did not have a correct starter and he was still strong. But starters are important none the less because they become your best friends in and out of battle you can almost always depend on them. It also makes you proud when your starter evolves . Not just regular proud but the kind of proud a parent gets when they see their child make a home run or field goal or win a spelling be or things like that. Yup. Starters are important

I mean if we go for favorites then I would probably choose Squirtle. He was the first one I ever chose, and no matter how strong or cool the other starters will be, I'll always have a place in my heart for that tiny turtle

Now if we talk about most effective or such, I would throw my bet's in with Chimchar. The Dual Fire/Fighting is a potent combination, especially with how 4th Gen separated Phys. and Spec. attacks.
